This system combines the latest technologies to provide property information previously searchable only on the web. This new system automatically downloads MLS (Multiple Listing Service) property information and uses innovative technology to translate the information into a conversational description of the property in English and in Spanish.
Users simply call the access number then enter the street number or property code for a home that is for sale and follow the prompts. From there the consumer can choose to get more information, arrange to see the property, receive a text message with listing information, enter down payment to get mortgage information, request a free pre-approval, or simply hang up and move on.

Users can access information on any property when they drive by or call later from the comfort of home. In addition to the Audio MLS access number, all that is needed is the street number or code from a sign. The system works on any phone and once activated no one will call unless assistance is requested.
